DevOps Engineer will play a key role in design, architect, performance tuning, communication, monitoring, high availability, scaling, failover and recovery.

JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure
• Setting up tools and required infrastructure
• Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Have the technical skill to review, verify, and validate the software code developed in the project.
• Troubleshooting techniques and fixing the code bugs
• Monitoring the processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement and minimizing the wastage
• Selecting and deploying appropriate CI/CD tools
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Ansible/GitLab or Jenkins
• Automation experience using bash, python, scripting

Currently we are seeking a Support Representative to provide support coverage for the 24/7 time zone shifts.

JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide daily support by assisting customers via: email, and chat with professionalism and urgency;
• User Monitoring;
• Maintaining CRM database by entering and updating information accurately to reflect contact/customer resolution.

 SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• B2 - level language proficiency in Russian and good English 
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Problem solving skills with a commitment to customer service a must.
• Working knowledge of the use of PCs, current Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, the Internet, and other software systems.

HERE IS THE CONTRACT BREAKDOWN:

• week1:10 hours training (unpaid)
• week2: 40 hours working on your own shift (100 euro)
• week3: 40 hours working on your own shift (100 euro)
• week4: 40 hours working on your own shift (100 euro)
• week5: 40 hours working on your own shift (100 euro)
• After week 5 will offer you a 1 year contract with the following terms:
• 450 euro per month, 160 hours (40 hours per week)
• After 2 months: 50 euro increase
• Bonuses for extra hours and job well done.
